Message From Jennifer
Hi, I’m Jennifer. I draw inspiration from the wise words of Michelle Obama: “Your story is what you have, what you will always have. It is something to own.” As a Black woman therapist currently serving in the United States Air Force, I know how important it is to embrace your own story and recognize the power it holds in shaping your identity and your journey. I believe in a goal-oriented approach to therapy, where we work together to set meaningful goals and take concrete steps toward becoming the person you aspire to be. Each session is an opportunity to write a new chapter in your life, to transform your narrative and embrace your full potential.
In our sessions, I use a variety of evidence-based techniques to help you navigate common struggles like anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, relationship and marital issues, family dynamics, low self-esteem, identity concerns, sexuality, and other challenges that may be part of your unique story.
With empathy, understanding, and consistent support, I invite you to join me on this journey of self-discovery and growth. It’s time to honor your story and embrace the transformation that awaits you. Let’s begin!
