Message From Brittiny

Hi, I’m Brittiny! I’m so glad you’re here and considering taking this step in your journey. Life can be challenging at times, and I believe it’s so important to have a supportive space to help navigate through those tough moments.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas, and I’ve been working in the mental health field since 2018. My passion lies in supporting people as they work through life’s challenges and helping them realize their full potential. I believe in creating a judgment-free environment where you can be your authentic self. My goal is to meet you where you are—whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, or just need someone to talk to.

I have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with various mental health conditions. Whether it’s in a Juvenile Detention Center, an outpatient treatment center, or through telehealth, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people from all walks of life. I also enjoy helping people through difficult times, particularly when it feels like the world is heavy. You don’t have to carry that weight alone, and I’m here to help you navigate it.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and holistic. I draw from techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy, all tailored to meet your unique needs. I truly believe that therapy is a partnership, where we work together toward your goals in a way that feels right for you.

When I’m not in session, I love spending time with my family and friends, and I enjoy traveling to new places to learn about different cultures. Life is a journey, and I’m here to help you along the way. Whether you’re facing a challenge or simply want to explore your personal growth, I’m honored to be part of your story. Let’s work together to help you thrive.
