Message From Lilian
Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling with grief, or dealing with the weight of depression? I’m here to provide support as you navigate these difficult emotions. My aim is to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space for you to explore your feelings, reflect on life’s stressors, and work through challenging experiences. I have a deep commitment to supporting BIPOC individuals, immigrants, and first-generation clients, recognizing the unique hurdles you face in reconciling identity, culture, and personal growth.
In our work together, we’ll focus on empowering you to take an active role in your healing. We’ll identify triggers, build self-awareness, and develop personalized coping strategies that foster resilience and emotional relief. Using tools like CBT and solution-focused techniques, we’ll examine how your thoughts, behaviors, and environments shape your well-being, with a focus on creating clarity and balance in your life. As Brené Brown wisely says, “The courage to be vulnerable is not about winning or losing, it’s about the courage to show up when you can’t predict or control the outcome.”
If you’re ready to take that courageous step toward healing, I’m here to offer support, encouragement, and gentle guidance. Together, we’ll work toward fostering personal growth and helping you find peace and balance amidst life’s challenges. Let’s navigate this journey together.
