Message From Vic

Hey Family! My goal is to offer a space where you can feel truly seen and heard. As a therapist who is pro-Black, LGBTQ+ affirming, and deeply connected to spiritual awareness, I’m committed to creating a safe, inclusive environment where you can show up as your authentic self. I take a holistic approach that’s not only down-to-earth but also spiritually aware, meaning we can explore your healing journey on multiple levels—mind, body, and spirit—depending on what resonates with you.

As a veteran, husband, parent, and trailblazer, I bring a unique perspective to my work. I know firsthand what it means to juggle life’s complexities while trying to stay grounded and take care of yourself. I’m here to walk with you through the highs and lows, whether you’re dealing with depression, anxiety, life transitions, or navigating tough relationship dynamics. My goal isn’t just to help you get by, but to help you thrive and find joy in your life again.

I have experience supporting individuals with a wide range of challenges, including emotional disturbances, persistent negative thoughts, and surviving sexual trauma, abuse, or violence. I’m also deeply committed to helping clients heal from unresolved childhood issues, generational and racial trauma, toxic masculinity, and substance use. PTSD, in all its forms, is another area where I’m here to help you reclaim your sense of peace.

We all deserve to live a life where we not only survive but also grow, heal, and rediscover our strengths. I look forward to supporting you as we build a path toward your healing and personal growth, one step at a time. Let’s embark on this journey together!
