Hi there, I’m Tazia! I am so happy that you’re here and have decided to take such a pivotal step towards your healing. I work with individuals who are ready (or being lovingly encouraged by a loved one) to confront the pain they’ve carried—whether it’s rooted in complex trauma, sexual abuse, emotional neglect, or the chronic effects of being silenced or minimized. Maybe life just feels overwhelming and you’re dealing with more than you can handle. You may be high-functioning on the outside but feeling stuck, anxious, or disconnected on the inside. No matter the circumstance, healing is possible.

My approach is compassionate, grounded, and trauma-informed. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space that is warm, collaborative, where your story is honored, trust is foundational, and you’re able to be your real, raw, and authentic self. Together, we can explore the parts of you that feel heavy, confused, or hurt and reconnect you with your strength and wholeness.

I help clients build tools to navigate emotions, manage stress & anxiety, and move through life with resilience. We’ll move at your pace, focusing on progress—not perfection—as you work toward healing, self-understanding, and meaningful change.
