Message From Michelle
Hello! My name is Michelle. I am a therapist who’s genuinely honored to welcome you as you take this courageous step toward better mental health. Seeking help isn’t always easy, and I’m truly honored to be part of your path to healing, peace, and mental clarity.
My approach is built on warmth and genuine connection—I believe in walking beside you through life’s challenges as a caring companion. Together, we’ll create a safe, nurturing space where we can gently unpack experiences that have caused hurt, pain, resentment, and frustration, rather than pushing them aside hoping they’ll vanish. I believe in your inherent capacity for growth and healing, even during the most difficult times.
I’ll thoughtfully blend personalized care with evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps you explore how your thoughts profoundly shape your emotions and behaviors. For those moments when change feels uncertain, I use compassionate motivational interviewing to help illuminate the path forward toward positive transformations that resonate with your authentic self.
Our journey begins with a conversation where we’ll get to know each other, explore your hopes for therapy, and discuss what our work together might look like. I promise to meet you exactly where you are, with understanding and without judgment, tailoring every aspect of our work to your unique needs and circumstances.
I’d be honored to connect with you. Please reach out whenever you’re ready to schedule your first session or if you have any questions at all—I’m here, ready to support you with warmth, compassion and understanding every step of the way on this important journey.
