Message From Haley
Hello! I’m Haley. I’m so glad you’re here!
I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are, no judgment, no pressure. My hope is that when you’re with me, you feel both comforted and empowered, knowing that your vulnerability and your strength can exist side by side.
I love helping people learn to accept and love themselves, to make peace with the past, and to turn even the hardest parts of life into opportunities for growth. Healing doesn’t always look serious. It can also mean laughing, rediscovering joy, forgiving yourself, and slowly evolving into the version of you that feels most true.
I’ve been a therapist for 6 years, working with adults, kids, and groups around stress, anxiety, relationships, trauma, and mood struggles. Sometimes we use traditional approaches, and sometimes we get creative with things like art, music, or behavior skills—whatever helps you feel supported and understood.
I know reaching out for therapy takes courage, and I don’t take that lightly. Just showing up is a huge first step. I’ll meet you with openness, flexibility, and genuine care every time, and I’ll be here to walk with you through the ups and downs.
I’m really looking forward to meeting you.
