Message From Brianna

Hi there—I’m so glad you’re here. Starting therapy is a powerful step, and I want you to feel truly welcomed. My approach is rooted in authenticity, connection, and compassion. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are—no masks, no pressure—just a safe space for you to show up fully as yourself. Together, we’ll explore what’s weighing you down and work toward reconnecting with your strengths, so you can move forward feeling more grounded, empowered, and whole.

I specialize in working with adults navigating trauma, stress, and depression, including experiences like childhood trauma, PTSD, and workplace-related challenges. I draw from evidence-based approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, attachment theory, and crisis intervention. These frameworks help us build practical tools to regulate emotions, manage stress, and approach life’s challenges with resilience.

Our sessions will feel warm, collaborative, and person-to-person. I value the importance of trust, so we’ll take time to build a strong foundation before diving into deeper work. As we go, you’ll gain useful strategies to manage anxiety, navigate tough emotions, and create meaningful change in your life. I’ll always remind you: it’s about progress, not perfection. Every day is a new opportunity to better understand yourself, your story, and your healing.

Let’s take the next step—together.
