Message From Tabatha

Hello and welcome! I’m Tabatha, a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor, and I’ve been walking alongside clients on their healing journeys for over 15 years. My passion for this work began when I attended my own first therapy session at age 15. That experience planted a deep belief in the power of therapy and the sacred trust it requires, and I knew then that I wanted to be the person others could turn to in their most vulnerable moments.

Throughout my career, I’ve supported individuals through some of life’s most difficult challenges—trauma, anxiety, relationship struggles, self-doubt, and more. I take a flexible and client-centered approach, drawing from a diverse set of tools including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). These evidence-based modalities allow me to tailor our work together to your specific needs, goals, and story.

Whether I’m working as a clinician or a supervisor, I’m deeply committed to creating a space that feels safe, compassionate, and empowering. I believe healing is always possible, and I consider it a true honor to support others as they reclaim their voice, build resilience, and reconnect with themselves.
